Our Authenticity Guarantee
Every pair sold on Sneaker ID passes a multi-step authentication check before it’s listed and again before it ships — stitching, materials, box labels, and factory markings are all inspected by hand against verified reference pairs. If a pair doesn’t pass, it doesn’t go up for sale.
Returns
You may return an unworn pair, in its original box with all tags attached, within 7 days of delivery. To start a return, email us with your order number and reason for return — we’ll confirm the return address and next steps.
- Items must be unworn, unmarked, and in original packaging.
- The original shoebox must be returned undamaged — it’s considered part of the product, not just packaging.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived faulty, incorrect, or failed authentication on our end.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
Need a different size instead? Contact us within 7 days of delivery — subject to stock availability, we’ll arrange a swap rather than a full refund/reorder where possible.
What’s Not Covered
Worn pairs, items missing their original box, and pairs damaged after delivery cannot be returned or exchanged, except where required by South African consumer law.
